One of my friends recommended this restaurant so I had to try it. I wasn’t sure how big the portion sizes would be so I ordered the Six Bowl. Bases: Cauliflower Potato Mash & Spinach Salad. Veggies: Golden Spice Chickpeas & Maple Sweet Potatoes. Protein: Grilled Citrus Chicken & Almond Baked Chicken. Sauce: Herb Balsamic Vinaigrette. Add-on: Citrus Avocado. The meal was pricey (about $18 excluding tax) but it was flavorful and worth it.

This place is the best fresh, healthy fast food you'll ever eat!!! Everytime I come in, I get something different and I'm never disappointed. Get the chocolate chip cookies, they r the BEST cookies in the world! I wish they sold them by the dozen so I can eat all of them before my healthy meal. They r that good!!

First time dining at FK. Was totally excited to see all the vegan options. Very impressed with the quality and flavors that go into the bowls. Loved the roasted mushrooms and the kale based salads. Drinks were good too, nice selection of teas(like 5 choices). Please open a store in Ft Myers!!!
