I needed a small storage and they had one available and I moved in that day. Place is clean and secure. Joanna is especially helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Got a call from Joanna today…she called to say she had gotten an approval to lower my rent! What a great surprise!!! I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. I highly recommend the storage on Cortez at 67th st. You will not be disappointed!!!! I have rented my unit for 4 years now and I wouldn’t consider anyone else!!!!!

Christine took good care of us. She made adjustments for us when we realized the unit we rented wasn’t going to be big enough. I would highly recommend using Public Storage on Cortez Road in Bradenton!

This Public storage location is amazing! After a horrible experience at a competitor, we had such friendly and professional service from Christine as well as the other manager (her name escapes me now) that we decided to switch to 2 units here. The bathroom and facility are ALWAYS clean and they have a passcode and gate that make you feel extra secure in leaving your items. The managers made sure we were happy with our service and even called to check on us. We have a lot going on while moving from out of state with a disabled mom and toddlers. These ladies made us feel welcome and supported. We were treated like people and not just a number. We live in another town with other storage options available and choose to remain here because of their smiling faces and great customer service! We would 100% recommend to anyone looking for storage in the Bradenton area!

We have been a customer for 9+ years with this storage facility (now under the ownership of Public Storage). We finally decided to close out the storage unit and drove 1215 miles to realize that we had a keyed and not a combination lock. Christine was very helpful and provided a few options for locksmiths who saved the day. She was courteous and extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even helped eased the tension. We were happy and grateful for her excellent customer service. Thank you Christine!
