I want to thank CoActive Physical Therapy and specifically Dr. Sabino Emil Cocos for his expertise and dedication towards helping me alleviate my knee pain and continuing to assist me in increasing my bone density as I have osteoporosis. I have had other experiences with physical therapy but he is a cut above. He brings his full attention to every session making sure I have the correct form as I am doing the exercises that he has included in his treatment plan for me. In addition, he is a good listener wanting to hear about the effects of the previous session and general body condition so that he could adapt the session so that I continue to get stronger. Aside from all of that, he is a fine human.

I’ve been working with Sabino for the past few months to build up strength in my leg muscles. He’s been great - designing a program specifically for my needs. I highly recommend him and suggest anybody having any physical related issues to check out how they might be able to help you.

Just finished my first session with Sabino, He is genuinely kind, and wants to help you achieve your goals and better your quality of life. I have had shoulder issue for 10 years. I've tried to address it with the chiropractor and he wasn't addressing the cause or Issue.

I finished my session feeling relieved and felt No fear of not being able to Heal my injury. With my past experience with my chiropractor in Minnesota, I Honestly thought I couldn't achieve a pain free range of movement.
Give him a chance and schedule his introductory assessment offer. I am so confident he can help me and teach me how to maintain my healing process, I pre-paid 12 session's with Sabino over 10 weeks.
I feel So grateful to have found him.
I will share my progress, looking forward to the next 10 weeks

Had an amazing session and honestly couldn’t believe the results. I’ve had chronic lower back pain for years. After reviewing how my body functions I was given a few exercises to do that would help with the pain and my overall body goals. I was then given a massage to work on my pain. It was different than any one I’ve experienced before as it truly targeted the pain. I figured it might help temporarily but I can say happily that my pain has went away. Total surprise that their technique would work so well. I can say my back has never felt better. The staff here was awesome. They will get you where you want to be and they are so nice. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

I'm young at heart - not so much in the body that has taken it's share of wear and tear in my 70 years. Sometimes I need guidance in helping me to achieve my goals. It is such a blessing to have quality therapists so conveniently located. Knowledgeable AND nice! Over the years of my various competitive sports I have needed good people to help my body perform at it's peak. Yna & Sabino are GOOD! Willing and able to work WITH me and my competitive goals. Thank you both for your efforts to get me to peak performance. It's Competitive Ballroom Dance, but the benefits spill out to the rest of life!
