What an exceptional place and staff, from the vet tech to the Vet, was able to book appointment on line explaining I thought my 14 week old French bulldog puppy might have eaten a small metal binder clip. As soon as we walked in they immediately greeted us explained what they would do, x-rays etc and the whole time very reassuring and so caring and loving to Stella my puppy. Thankfully they did not find any foreign objects in her belly or intestines , so no emergency surgery needed, do grateful for that and the team at Urgent Vet .

On such a very hard day the people at UrgentVet made a world of difference to our experience of saying goodbye to our dog Sophie. There is a special room with a couch, softened lighting and a big cushion on the floor for your pet. Everything they did was to help us feel better about what was happening. They were just wonderful people. I received a card signed by everyone in the office expressing their sympathy for our loss of Sophie. I highly recommend the UrgentVet at Lakewood Ranch.

Great experience. Brought our dog in on a Saturday after a few days of her being unwell. We scheduled online ahead of time. We were taken to a room as soon as we arrived. The entire facility was VERY clean. Staff was so kind and gentle with our poor girl. She was so scared and they were very understanding. I appreciated the explanation of the treatment plan and price breakdown. Our Dixie girl got some IV fluids and meds and we were on our way. Very glad to have this place in our area. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our 13 yr old beagle thinks she's a puppy and hurt her leg late in the evening. They got us in right away and assessed her. The nurse, the assistant, and the vet were all so kind and good with her - even sitting on the floor to make her more comfortable. They treated her with compassion, were very thorough and treated her injury. They emailed the report to me and my vet right away. I would definitely recommend UrgentVet - Lakewood Ranch.

We took our English bulldog King in at 3:00pm today & they got us in right away. His eye was swollen shut. The assistant was really friendly & gentle with our boy for the consultation. They offered snacks & drinks for refreshments while we waited for the vet to come in which was shortly after. The vet Joyce was very friendly & informative with the procedures they would be doing beforehand. King left feeling a whole lot better & pain free. Ours & our dogs experience was very pleasant & quick service today..I highly recommend this place:)
