Respectful staff, thorough explanation of diagnosis, 2 problems resolved, parts replaced, swiftly. Clean large comfortable reception room. Reception desk sleek, clean. They offer to drive you home. Cost was fair, reasonable.

Honest1 Auto care met my expectations and some. Service was great and timely performed. All the issues I had with my car (e.g. oil leaks etc.) were properly fixed in a timely manner and the root cause of my car troubles were explained. I highly recommend this company because I was so impressed with everything.

I had a flat tire on my right rear wheel that I had removed off the car. I called first thing in the morning and talked to Kristie. She said to bring it over at my convenience. I took the tire over to the shop and left it. I received a call a little over an hour and my tire was fixed. I returned and the tech (not sure what his name is) put my tire back on and put air in the other tires (low due to being cold outside). The staff at the Lakewood Ranch Honest 1 where very helpful and personable. I've used this location before and will continue to use it for all my car repair needs. Superb service. Thank You

They made me feel welcomed the second I walked through the door, and I was assured they would take care of what was going on with my car. 15 minutes later (with a nice and comfortable wait in their waiting area) and I’m on my way out! I own my own business and my work van was down. This means I can’t make money. I brought my van in and in less then 24 hours I was back on the road able to make money. Staff was very kind and professional. Great pricing and amazing customer service. Would highly recommend honest one car care for all your vehicle needs.
