Stretch Zone

I went there yesterday June 30th & today July 1st woke up feeling not stiff & less achy. I also slept very good. I want to thank Mary for her help.

AMAZING professionals with in depth knowledge of how to maintained wellness and improving the health of the muscles throughout the entire system. Mary and Ashley are excellent and I have enjoyed my complimentary stretch with Mary. Highly recommended, gentle professional and lively. Mary was so patient. Came in on free intro session. She worked on tight hips. I have sciatica and trauma to spine. Very understanding, and easy on tight areas. I had trouble with scheduling due to new demands with work. Mary understood. I appreciated this. Highly recommend.

I found Stretch Zone on FB and wanted to check it out. Got a free introduction session today. Josh is very professional and personable. He is listened to my concerns and was very informative throughout the session. Josh forced on hamstrings, IT bands, hips and calves. I felt so much better than before coming in today. I'm looking forward to getting more sessions.
