Dr. Marciales is the best. You may be in the waiting room a while to see him but he will spend equal time w/you. He is very thorough and never rushes through the appointment. He genuinely cares about his patients & also has a great sense of humor which puts you at ease.

Dr Marciales is brilliant. He cares very deeply about his patients. His knowledge and gentle caring make me realize I have the best physician o possible to help me through my problems. I thank God for him. Sincerely Shirley Roberts

I have been a patient of Dr Marciales for nearly 17 years. He is by far the BEST physician I’ve ever had. He is wonderful, attentive, caring, great bedside manner, and really gives his undivided attention in helping me with my medical needs. He is very friendly,knows his patients. Answers all of your questions. I feel secure knowing that he has my best interest at all times. His office staff is wonderful and very caring. His nurse practitioner is excellent,she is who I see the most. The only complaint I have is whomever gets the lab reports, does not follow through. You can wait overt three weeks to get abnormal labs. She does not see the importance of calling and following up on abnormal labs. Otherwise a great physician group.

I have been seeing Dr. Marciales for almost 15 years and believe him to be a very knowledgeable and skilled internist. He is pleasant, engaged and always has time to discuss any concerns you may have. I really have enjoyed having him as my doctor.
My issue is his office scheduling... at least a 1 hour wait beyond scheduled appointment time over several visits. Last time I waited 2 FULL HOURS from the time I checked in to when Dr. Marciales walked in the exam room. Unacceptable.
