Got 3 quotes for my house, Wilde was the best, not because it was lower but because the other 2 played the pressure games. Wilde just quoted a fair price and that was all we wanted. I can tell you my neighbors told me how nice the crew was, each day I came home it was all cleaned up perfectly. Start and finished when they said. Bonus was my insurance was cut in half. And absolutely the nicest folks to deal with. Great family business. Highly recommend.
The owner Paul was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of the job and how it would all unfold, and everything happened just as he said. I highly recommend Wild Roofing!
Paul & his crew did a great job on our roof…took care of every issue & concern. Paul is a class act. As a Realtor & Designer it is nice to have a contractor I can refer!

First of all, we waited too long to get a new roof! We went about the process of selecting a roofer by going on Google and other review sites, and creating a list of the best roofers in the Bradenton area. We asked a number of these, I'm a software engineer, so I am meticulous, for bids. Most were very close in price and material. You'll probably get a good roof from most of them, but for us, Wild Roofing stood out.
What impressed us the most is that Paul, the owner of Wild Roofing, lives in our neighborhood. I like the fact that people we do business with live near us. We also got a good feeling when talking to Paul. I hit him with a number of questions and concerns, and he never once sugarcoasted the situation. He told us that the roof had a number of soft spots, and that multiple sheets of plywood would most likely be needed. I tried to pin down a total price, but Paul told me what I already knew: it would be impossible to pin the price down without knowing how much plywood would be needed, and that he wouldn't know how much plywood would be needed entirely, until the existing roof was ripped off. Paul assured me that he would do only what was necessary, show us why each additional piece was necessary, and give us the best price based upon the current price of lumber that was possible. What I didn't realize, was how bad the existing roof truly was!
Paul slotted us in within two weeks, and I gave him a check for the materials. In our case, $5,000.00. Paul's quote came in at $12,500.00, which included the peel and stick water barrier, re-nailing, the asphalt shingles we picked out, and up to three sheets of plywood. He also included the ridge vent. But, everyone's roof varys, so you can't really count on getting an identical price. Also, lumber prices are currently insane! Paul's crew showed up bright and early on the start day, and got to work. The crew made short work of removing the existing shingles, but that was because the existing plywood was so bad! Pauls' crew showed me the pieces as they came of the roof. Ugh!!! Like I said, don't wait so long to replace your roof! Anyway, it took twenty-seven sheets of plywood and some structural lumber to get everything back in good order. By the end of the day, the repairs were mostly done, and much of the peel and stick barrier was in place. The crew from Wild Roof cleaned up everything. I was quite impressed!
On day two, the crew again showed up bright and early, as well as the loader carrying the shingles. I'm sure there is a name for it, but loaded is what I called it! They got to work finishing the repairs, and installing the shingles. The crew's choice of music was rather interesting, and we got a kick out of it! As they nailed the shingles, they got into a rhythm. And you could count on the nailing every few seconds. They got most of the roof done on the second day, and again cleaned everything up as they left. They needed a couple of hours on the third day to complete the work, do the final cleanup, and complete their part of the project. The reason I say 'their part,' is that we also needed gutter work done, and decided to have some aluminum fascia work replaced as well. Paul from Wild has an excellent aluminum contractor he works with, Billie. Billie took a couple of extra days to complete his side, but this wasn't an issue for us, as the material he needed had to be delivered. Once this was done, the entire project was completed, and we are totally satisfied!
Like I said, there are a number of reputable roofers in our area, and you'll probably get a satisfactory outcome form each of them. For us, it was the very tangible intangible of having a local provider, his looking us in the eye, and giving it to us straight. My definition of customer service is "saying what you will do, then doing what you said." Pretty simple. Paul and his crew at Wild Roofing give the utmost in customer service. For this, I highly recommend them! See Yelp for more comprehensive review!
Wild Roofing LLC helped us 3 times during the last year, all with great results. First, during the fall of 2019 they replaced an old roof. This summer it was a large pool/patio renovation and correction of storm water drainage issues, and most recently a leaking roof ridge vent was replaced on a second roof. Very satisfied with all work.
