(November 27, 2020, 8:04 am)I recently purchased a rod, reel, and tackle here and shortly had a mechanical issue with the reel. The manager swapped out the necessary parts from a new reel to get me back fishing while on a short vacation and I was very impressed with their customer service. Overall an excellent shop with good products, helpful and knowledgable staff.
