Thank you Cindy, for helping me finding hope again in Wells Fargo. Cindy was great and I really appreciate her incredible effort to making sure I was helped. I have had a rough couples of days with the Wells Fargo app and website not working. After going back and forth between calling customer service and going to four different Wells Fargo in DC with no success, I was able to go to this location. I am used to always having bad experiences with Wells Fargo, but today, I was actually surprised that my experience was actually good. This is a great location, the line is long, the people here, actually want to help you. Thank you Cindy!!
Juan went above and beyond today to help me with a cash deposit! I had a bunch of cash that had stuck together from old rubber bands and Juan insisted on making sure I could get all of the money deposited. He worked 20-30 minutes getting the money clean enough for the machines to process. I told him a few times that if it didnt work it was okay but he kept on working on it until it was good to deposit. The whole time he was so kind and patient working on the deposit and I’m glad he was there to help me today! :)
Today was the.first day visiting this branch which is close to my house. I arrived right at 11:30 and there was only one other customer inside completing his transaction. I was helped right away by a friendly person behind the counter. My transaction was unique in that I needed to deposit a check into someone else's account who lives overseas. However I only had their account number, and I want sure if his account was under his name or the of his business. The friendly lady behind the counter helped me out with that, and I appreciated it!
Have come here several times to resolve account problems. Most recently, I had my debit card lost/stolen while on a five day jaunt to NYC. I was scared because I needed to pay for utilities at my house. Came here earlier this week to help resolve this problem. Staff were wonderful and very affirmatively helpful in assisting me by providing several immediate cash infusions without needing a card. In addition, staff were very informative in helping me navigate how to apply for a new credit card.
The Washington DC Wells Fargo at 3325 14th Street is a nice location. I’ve visited this one a couple times, they always provide excellent customer service. The manager is very friendly and tries her best to help out.
I just want to say one thing. The last time I visited, the manager gave me a number (I think a direct office number?) to reach her on. It’s different than the 202-939 number listed. She said “Call me on this number about anything and I’ll help you”. She might think it’s a wonderful idea to be available for customers all the time for anything. But it’s not because no one can realistically fulfill that commitment. It’s much better to let me know there’s a team available to help me.
