The Furniture Warehouse - Ellenton

We have had a wonderful experience at the Furniture Warehouse in Ellentown. Helen provided us with great customer service. She left us to look without hovering, but was also available to answer any questions we had when we were ready to ask them. We ended up buying a leather sofa and love seat and were extremely pleased with the quality of the furniture as well as the care they took during the delivery and set-up they provided. We have already made a return visit to order additional pieces and are looking forward to when they arrive.

Because our 1st leather reclining sofa was defective at delivery time, a second one was ordered and arrived 2 months later. The 2nd one has a manufacture defect and we are having a repairman come out and look at it! On a positive note, the 2nd sofa arrived when promised and the delivery man was awesome!

I just moved here from out of state and the Manager Russell was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had part of our furniture delivered the next day. The delivery men were so friendly and efficient. We are very pleased!

Highly recommend visiting Janice at the Ellenton store. She is so helpful and easy to get along with...no high pressure. Purchased several pieces from this store and always ask for Janice. Prices are fair for the quality. Love them!

Visited the Ellenton warehouse was greeted by Julie Harvey and in desperate need of furniture. We ordered furniture on July 3 before we left Philadelphia and we were told our furniture would not get here till sometime in September, but never told us when we spent 8 grand on July 3rd. We arrived August 1 with no furniture so we were desperate. Julie took us to every set up that was in stock so that we didn’t have to wait.We needed a bedroom set and mattress a sofa, recliner for the hubby. They had everything and a lot to choose from with a good price range. We were also greeted by the manager Georgie who finalized our order with a beautiful sofa that we really wanted so she worked her magic to make it happen. Also walked out with an Area rug. The BEST PART we had our furniture delivered within two days we are very very happy and love our set up the delivery guys Moses and Mario we’re on time knew what they were doing and put everything together so we didn’t have to lift a finger thank you very much furniture warehouse you made our house a home. Would recommend your store to anyone who is in need of any type of furniture or the finishing touches pictures lamps knickknacks they have it all. I’ll be back for sure.
