Made an appt. on-line 2 weeks ago for this morning. I was impressed with their reservation system. You can see the open spots on the calendar and chose what is convenient for you. After making your on-line reservation, the system automatically adds the event to your calendar and provides reminders as the date approaches. When you arrive in the parking lot for your appt., a link is provided for you to check in from your car. You can wait in your car until they text you when they are ready and they did within 2 minutes of my appt. time. The person performing my test noticed that the Dr. had not provided a "diagnosis code" fpr one of my tests which would require me to pay when Medicare denies. The LabCorp employee contacted the Dr. after I left, acquired the code and then texted me that everything was taken care of. What more could you ask for? I'm done with Quest Diagnostics which wouldn't see me until I provided them with a credit card. This place is a whole new level!

Every time I've gone into this establishment, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. At one time, I had to go in regularly due to blood issues. Everyone I have encountered, has been amazing!

The lady here is kind, not necessary to advise her colour as some guy did. Clinically, shes very good.
