(May 8, 2022, 9:54 pm)What a gem! The ladies are so nice ! There were 7 of us ladies for a tea party and we had a wonderful time. The food was wonderful. The tea selection fantastic. Service was great. You are not rushed at all. Very relaxing. Then take a couple minutes to look upstairs at the antiques! We will definitely be back!
(April 8, 2022, 1:13 pm)I have been to Charms more times than I can say. I've been there with large parties and also with just one or two other people, and it has never not been a delight. The food is wonderful, and the service is lovely. Judy is very knowledgeable about tea, and I find myself ordering a different kind each time I come. The house itself is fun - I love wandering through the rooms, and have picked up a couple of knickknacks over the years. I have been to other teahouses over the years, and I keep coming back to Charms.
(August 12, 2021, 10:34 am)A baby shower held there for my daughter and it was such a sweet experience. The food was delicious, the teas tasty with so much variety.
The staff and owner were informative but not intrusive. We will definitely plan another visit.
(July 10, 2021, 1:51 pm)Historic home, very good food (the scones with jam and cream were fabulous) and lots of options for tea. I had a great time with my daughter sitting and drinking tea and talking. Make a reservation first and then enjoy a quiet time in this charming place.

Directions Charms is located in a 110 year old two story Victorian home just South of Highway 301 in the historic village of Ellenton. Directions from I-75: Charms is one mile west of the Ellenton Outlet Mall. Take exit 224 and head west on US301. Take a left at the stoplight for Leffingwell Avenue (right will be Ellenton Gillete Road).
