He is very easy to get in touch with, always returns phone calls and texts in a timely manner, and has a lot of knowledge about the issues you may deal with buying and selling, like HOAs, how to get the best price for your home, etc. Peter not only found us a buyer on the day we listed, but helped make the contract and closing process go very smoothly. He has a great personality too, which is important when you are either moving into a new area or just want to feel comfortable with who you are doing business with. As a family who has bought homes and sold homes in the past, we can honestly say that Peter will be with you throughout the process and help you find the home or offer that is right for you.
