Quick response to a few small issues, ice maker issue fixed with in 24 hrs and they are all about making sure their guests are looked after. I have been in property management myself since 1992 … i give them 5 stars on service. Thank you !

(May 27, 2022, 10:01 am)We stayed at Beachy Keen and we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach! It is just about a 6-7 minute walk down a lovely path. The landscaping is lush and beautifully tropical. Our grandchildren very much enjoyed the large swimming pool and the outdoor shower was handy. I absolutely adored the decor. It was so beachy and creative. The only complaint I have is that the toilet in the bathroom off of the bedroom is so close to the wall in front of it, that it makes it difficult to maneuver. There is interesting use of space but very cramped. This would never do for anyone with physical challenges or an elderly person. The bathtub in the other bathroom looks dirty because it is quite old and needs refinishing. Also, the shower head is very low in that bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything one needs. Overall, we loved the place though and would most definitely rent it again.
(January 25, 2022, 7:59 pm)We stayed at a beachfront condo on Bradenton Beach with an outstanding view of the beach from the condo. The location was superb as the pristine white sandy beach was right at the bottom of the stairs from our condo.
The condo was dated with older furniture and contents, somewhat hard beds, undesirable pots and pans etc. but was clean, roomy and adequate.
A Paradise Realty was a great company to rent from and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we made a special request.
