My 4th visit here.. this time for annual skin exam. Rachel was great.. professional, thorough, listened to me and addressed everything I noted. She found multiple skin "defects' and took care of them there. Admin staff is efficient and responsive. And that is the same experience I have with the entire staff each time I go! I highly recommend Arsenault.

Dr. Ellis is extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and thorough. She listens and addresses all of your concerns without rushing. I trust her completely with my health. The office staff is awesome. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. I feel very lucky to have found such a great practice. They well deserve my very highest recommendation.

I saw Dr. Rachel Hinds today and from the moment I walked in the front desk staff was nice, and the doctors assistant was even nicer and so efficient. Dr. Hinds was SO nice explaining everything during the exam, and even during a small procedure. I felt completely at ease. The check out staff were pleasant, and helped find a pharmacy with the lowest price on a medication I needed. This was the best doctor and office staff I've been to in years! Highly recommended!

This was the best doctors office visit I’ve ever had. I was quickly checked in and take back a few minutes before my appointment time. Rachel was right in and very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her.
She recommended a biopsy and it was done fast and totally painless. She also did another small procedure which was done In the same manner. I was in and out in 15 minutes, just incredible. Definitely recommend Arsenault 100%!

My experience at Arsenault Dermatology was outstanding. Morgan at the front was very kind and got me set up quickly as a new patient. Kayla and the PA Zoey we’re amazing, made sure I understood what they were going to do, and happily answered any questions I had. All smiles from every employee which made me feel so comfortable & welcomed!
