Chad Brown has been our consistent representative and has literally beat every price I throw at him from competitors. Usually with medical supply companies you are assigned a rep and before you know their name they are gone. It is so nice to be able to get to know our representative and have him help us for this many years! The whole company has great communication and notifies you of any back orders or delays. Their pricing is very competitive and they will help you find cheaper alternatives. Mercedes Medical is a great company and I would highly recommend them for your laboratory consumable needs.

She is invariably helpful with product inquiries, prompt with responses, and consistently finds the best products at the best prices. She was even there to help me with an equipment purchase while Mercedes was going through the aftermath of a major hurricane. I have been very happy with my experience, and look forward to continuing my relationship with Mercedes Scientific.
