Had to put our dog down today. The staff was so pleasant, attentive and compassionate. They made a hard day go smoothly. We really appreciated everything they did.

Best veterinarian and staff hands down. Will never go anywhere else. Our dog loves going there so that says a lot in itself. They always go above and beyond and take their time. Thank you all for everything you do for us!

Dr. Siems is the absolute best. I love her, and her sweet staff. Even under pressure, they remain sweet, professional, and composed. The fact that we all sit on the floor together with my fur baby; and as a group they examine/administer medicines with me still holding him to ease him.. it's why I will always travel the 30 min to big paws. They're knowledgeable, so kind and easy going. You won't regret bringing your pet here.

We had to have our 12 year old beagle put down and they were amazing to work with. They got us right in and the doctor and the nurse actually sat on the floor and petted him for several minutes even after he was gone! I appreciate their empathy, compassion, and professionalism! 10 out of 10 💜
