A great experience with Dan at Integrity Sound in Lakewood Ranch. From the very first meeting, he explained TVs and full sound system/networking for our new house. Dan was thorough - he did an excellent job explaining all options. We picked out a complete home package including full network system. Dan took his time explaining the setup and reviewed operating all equipment. He even came over early on a Saturday morning to answer our questions - top notch customer service. Kudos to Dan, I highly recommend him and Integrity Sound.
The install team was great, too.
I connected with Dan at Integrity Sound in Lakewood Ranch before we relocated there. Dan did an excellent job of working remotely with us to design a home theater system and getting the TV and sound system components on order. Dan also arranged for the TV installation right after we moved so that we would have that in place, and then later installing the sound system when that arrived. The technicians who handled the installation were also extremely excellent and did a great job. Overall a very outstanding experience!
Integrity Sound installed a sound and video system for me. The installation was on time, as promised, and the quality of the components and work was top notch. Tom Cannon was my sales contact and he oversaw the installation to completion. While the system has worked perfectly, I have had some questions from time to time. Tom was always able to provide me the information or guidance I needed. Recently I had a cable issue which the local cable company repaired. During the process, the technician disturbed some of my audio and video components and affected my system performance. The problems were not noted until the tech had left. I called Tom, four years after he installed the original system, and provided me customer assistance quickly, even though his company was not responsible for the problems. I appreciate that willingness to go the extra mile for a customer and I will be sure to recommend Tom Cannon and Integrity Sound to my friends and neighbors. Thanks for the help.

Our experience with Integrity Sound has been fantastic…we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! They did a great job of evaluating our needs, recommending the right equipment, completing the installation and - most importantly - explaining everything to us in terms that we understood. The first time we stopped in the shop, Tom took the time to really listen to and understand what we were looking for…absolutely no high pressure or attempt to "upsell" us. We had talked with another home theatre company, and left that discussion feeling like they just didn't listen to what we were saying. Everything about our job was done right, including rebuilding some of our cabinetry to fit the new tv. The installers were great - very knowledgeable, polite and clean. We called Tom with some questions a few days after the install, and he drove over that same morning and walked through everything with us - great sale service. These guys are the BEST!
