(June 14, 2022, 5:05 pm)Euphemia Haye is a gorgeous restaurant with impeccable service and and absolutely wonderful food. I have lived in Sarasota for over 30 years, and EH is one of the top three restaurants in the area, IMO. Call ahead early, and save room for the "Haye Loft", their remarkable desert and after-dinner relaxing area, and you will have had a nearly incomparable evening of Sarasota fine dining. It isn't cheap, nor should it be, but you will get your money's worth in service and eye-rolling food. If Euphemia Haye isn't the finest restaurant in Sarasota and Manatee counties it most certainly is in the debate.
(April 23, 2022, 4:56 pm)My wife and I took my dad there for a special dinner a few weeks ago and it was truly special. Dave, our waiter, was terrific. Attentive, but not over-bearing. The food was spectacular as always. We had the pepper steak, duck and the snapper. All were perfectly prepared. We then transitioned up to the Haye Loft and finished the night with some great desserts. Euphemia Haye is a special restaurant. You will never be disappointed!
