  We used Hers and His Plumbing because our hot water heater died and we have Duke Energy Water Heater coverage. We are very pleased with the professionalism and service received from start to finish during the process to replace our hot water heater. We were extremely impressed and pleased with the service provided by Dennis, the technician. Thank you to everyone involved in the process!

  Felix from His and Her Plumbing in Longwood Fl was amazing. He arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly and made all repairs the same day. The fee for their services were very reasonable! Highly satisfied customer!

  Your customer service staff, Kim, and Lonnie did an excellent job in getting my water heater replaced after I had been through a terrible situation with AHS. AHS is a joke. Lonnie is true professional and enjoyable to have in our home. Left work area cleaner than he found it! Hope you serve Valdosta as I have a home there as well. Thanks again! Duane Dodson".

  Hers and His Plumbing technicians and company never disappoints. These guys are professional, trustworthy, honest with prices and very dependable. I've used them for 5 years and they just never disappoint. I'm a landlord by trade and I'm so grateful for a reliable company I can trust and continually rely on for my business. After numerous companies failed to show up Hers and His Plumbing, Heating and Air did. Not only did they show up, they actually had the water heater with them. The tech, Ed Vann, was AMAZING! He was a breath of fresh air, extremely competent, and got the job done quickly. I asked him when it would be done, expecting in 3 days, he said "Now."
