Very pleased with the service we received from Kennedy Construction. We had damage to our room due to a recent storm. Kennedy construction sent a team member to us to inspect & repair our roof. While doing this we realized our gutters were damaged as well. I’m thankful I was able to get everything fixed for a very reasonable price. I would recommend KC.

The contractor, Kennedy Construction, were beyond excellent. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Starting with the salesperson Chris, who explained all the financing and was thorough, to Christine, the person I dealt with at the office, to Robert, the lead on the job, everyone was professional and took the time to explain everything being done. I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone considering repair or replacement of their roof. They did an excellent job and everything was done in a timely fashion and professionally.

Really nice work done very quickly. Cleaned up the yard afterwards.

Overall, very impressive.

However, after the crew that did the work left some guy showed up without calling – not wearing a mask – and asked me to sign off saying we were satisfied. I told him there was still tar on the skylights.

No big deal, he says. I’ll have someone over later today. I know better than to sign off when there is still work to be done, but because he showed up without calling in advance (very rude) I had a work related conference call in a few minutes. So, I signed.

Needless to say, never heard from anyone again.

I suppose that I’ll be getting up on the rook to remove tar from the skylights.

Could have easily been five stars.
