What I like most about this church is it's focus on Jesus Christ, who gives me hope each and every day. I have enjoyed the very kind people in this church that treat me like family. There are so many activities to enjoy and I LOVED being involved with the musical play with the congregation.
I invite anyone interested to please come take a look. I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ and I invite all to read the book of Mormon and pray to know the truth of it.
Such a warm and wonderful place to worship! I've been a member my entire life and have attended wards (congregations) in many places--it's beautiful, because the gospel is the same everywhere you go, but I certainly love the feeling I get when I attend the ward here in Palo Alto. Everyone is so welcoming! I love the chance we get to learn about Jesus Christ and his gospel from each other. I love the feeling of community. I'm grateful for the spiritual recharge I get each week from attending. I truly feel a deeper connection to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ each week. If you are looking for a place where you will feel the love of God and grow closer to him, come join us! It's a wonderful place to be! And if you want a copy of the Book of Mormon, there are free copies at the church too!
Being a part of this Church and community has truly shaped my life for the better. It is hard to imagine life without it. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!
This church is a perfect safe space for the LGBT community.
Elders Richardson, Frank, and Payne guided me here upon our initial meeting at Costco where I work. I wasn't intimidated going here, but as a black trans-woman you just never know what you are going to get--especially in this current social/political climate.
I was pleasantly surprised by all of the guests. They asked me my preferred pronouns and actually treated me like one of their own. It was truly genuine and warm.
I can honestly say that these people are real. There is no forced doctrine, but a sharing of fear, love, courage and healing... 🤗💗🌈
