(January 31, 2019, 10:41 am)Just returned home from a visit with my sister, who lives in this community, and had a wonderful time! There are so many fantastic people that live here, and we utilized the workout room, played Thursday Night Bingo, and they are all gearing up for their Valentine's Day Dances.
My sister and brother-in-law LOVE it here, and that alone makes me happy.
It was very clean, well-maintained, and I was happy to experience the Winter lifestyle here.
(March 12, 2018, 4:35 pm)I have lived in Country Lakes Village for 13 years now, and it is one of the best places I have ever Lived. The Lot rent is $637 a month and for that you get all the up keep of the park, plus free yard mowing and weed eating. We are close to I-275 and all the Shopping center's and yet we are off the beaten path. (Not much traffic ) This is a very Secure place to live, the whole park is fenced with just 3 gates and 2 of them are locked up at night. This is a very active place to live, lots of fun Activities and a great heated pool and Jacuzzi and a Large clubhouse with meeting hall, Library, pool tables, ping pong, card games, live entertainment and dances, lot's of great dining, travel packages, you name it we have it! GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!
