We were referred to Elite RV to have a Flex armor roof installed on our Duchman Voltage toy hauler. Upon arriving the staff was literally Bar none !
Michelle checked us in, brought out a technician for a quick overall inspection & truly made me feel far more welcomed with their competence then the dealers we've been to in the past.
Overall, our experience was far exceeded then what we expected. These reviews are not solely for how awesome this particular business may be "which they are" but for other customers like my wife & I seeking competent dealerships capable of doing the proper & expected repairs without fear of destroying something else on our rig such as "Camping world" has done through the years !
The Owner, "George" truly took a personal regard on our rig showing a sincere devoted concern making sure our needs were met ! This in itself proved their dedication to their customers and what we all mean to them. I can't recommend Elite RV enough, hope this review sends you their way.

I had FlexArmor put on my roof. From my initial contact getting quotes through the entire process, they were very professional and very knowledgeable. Far better than the dealer and other RV repair shops I have used. Thanks Nick and Matt.

Had a fantastic experience in our dealing with Elite RV.
This is our first RV (2018 Forester Class C) so were concerned about finding "the right" service center. From the first call, to Stephanie, to final pickup the transaction went smoothly.
We arrived on the specified drop off date and met with Courtney who was pleasant and efficient. During the initial "walk around" to discuss our repair request Courtney called out three different technicians to review the RV (we had concerns about some body work and a monitor panel). Not sure of the names but one tech looked and the panel, another tech came to look over the roof (which we didn't know of anything wrong but they reviewed the roof as a courtesy and reported that there were no apparent problems), and Scott who spent time with us discussing the issues with the body work and the proposed solutions.
Courtney sent us an estimate quickly and we scheduled the work. Upon pick-up Courtney and Scott reviewed the completed work with us making sure we were satisfied. Courtney also offered to have one on the owners, Bill, come out to go over some basics of our RV to help us understand it's operation, and things to watch for, since it was our first one.
Overall great experience and I believe we've found "the right place" for any future repair or maintenance.

Had an insurance claim from rodent damage on the generator and also had their roof put on. So much quieter ride. Only had a couple days but very happy with their work and communication. Highly recommend.

All the folks I encountered at Elite RV were eager to help and knowledgeable in their specialties. From my first phone call to schedule repairs, to arriving at the service center, and picking up the coach upon completion, everyone was top notch to make my experience outstanding. They were able to schedule the job with a very short timeline before a 6 week trip I was about to take in the RV. When I arrived at their location, a technician immediately came out to evaluate my issues and recommended the Nuflex 311 caulk sealant product to stop leaks in the roof. They were able to complete the sealant job in less than two days along with a few other items I requested their expertise to repair. I’ve very pleased with their exceptional attitudes and quality of their repairs. I’ll be back for any other issues with my coach in the future. They also offered a 5% military service discount!
