Having bought and sold five boats, this last one was tricky in that it was an antique. Gordon quickly identified a buyer, prepped the buyer well, handled the negotiations smoothly, stayed in touch, cleared up hanging issues, and did all of it with professionalism and even a bit of charm. Sharon marshalled all the bits for a very smooth close. It was an extremely good experience working with such efficient and competent people.

I was looking for a 41' Tiara and met with Capt Barry Sikes. He showed us two of them he listed in the marina and was very knowledgable and honest. We negeotiated a deal on one of them and it was a very easy and straight forward process.
Once we had a deal set he gave us a list of surveyors in the area along with a few yacht loan brokers to use. All durring the process he kept us up to date and always answered his phone (something unusual for a boat broker). When I asked about items on the boat he not only would get the information for me but would email me a picture of it.
Durring the seatrail Capt Barry ran the boat and explained the systems one by one. Even though it was not my first boat this size, he was still very informative and knowledgable. He even stocked the fridge with waters, snacks and sandwiches for everyone including the surveyor.
Once we closed he had the boat we arrived to transit it to the east coast and they had nice Wine and Glasses on the dinette table the boat washed and everything ready to go. They were Totaly Professional and went above and beyound in every way.
