I replaced my CDI ignition on my 97 Seadoo GTX and the CDI from Pro Marine worked perfect. It was easy to install, color to color match except for the last wire. It was basically a matter of connecting the ones that matched and the last wire didnt match color wise so I verified on both schematics that each wire controlled the same part and wired them together feeling confident there wouldnt be any issue as they both controlled the same part. Now there is no longer a need for the code to be programmed in with the post key. I installed my battery and it fired right up.
There are many sites for Seadoos OEM CDI but they wanted an arm and a leg for it. ($850.00). Had one CDI shipped from a salvage shop and it was full of water, unbelievable, this MEEP (CDI) cost me like $247.00 from Pro Marine and it worked perfect. Dont listen to the sales people that are trying to sell the factory OEM MEEP, they told me not to waste my money buying from Pro Marine and that I would be calling them back for the OEM MEEP ignition, well they were wrong!!!!!! The part from Pro Marine worked like a champ and my ski is back up and running.
These guys are awesome. Customer service is great. Can’t say enough good thing about my experiences
Very professional and helpful. Thank you
They helped me with the part no one had in town and advised me on best oil to use for my type engine. Because having problems. Thank you so much to the staff. 🙏
Great place to get parts, friendly service, never had a problem. I just call them up and get what I need at a great price. Negative comments seem like personal issues. If you know what you need, and know how to look up a part number, they're the best. I'm sure they can help you look up part numbers as well, but if you are unsure, I would just bring the old part to double check, but that's just me.
