Bonnie helped sell our house at 213 Bocelli Drive. We were looking for a realtor who understood the market we needed to sell into and we hit the nail on the head finding Bonnie. She is a true perfectionist and I was very comfortable having Bonnie prep and show our house for sale. The house looked marvelous. Bonnie made connections with many of the managers of our community to make sure everything she was doing was copacetic to our community leaders. I felt that Bonnie became an expert on us, what we wanted, what we needed, how we wanted things to go and what we were expecting. Once Bonnie got to know these things about us, she pretty much just ran with it. I was not at the showings, but feedback from Bonnie indicated to me that she got to know potential buyers as well as she got to know us. Her people skills, her market knowledge and her personal presentation at the showings was a major factor in the great selling outcome that we enjoyed. Bonnie now has 2 very happy customers who used to live at 213 Bocelli Drive.
