My yazbeck wetsuit keeps me very warm and nice during my dives. On the first day I wore it I noticed 2 small cuts after I took it off. maybe my nail ripped it or not sure what happened. I called the help desk and they sent me glue and a partial refund which I found fair. So as long as you are very careful with this suit it’ll protect you from the cold but watch your nails when you take it off and don’t rub yourself against rocks or hard surfaces.
These guys went out of their way to correct an issue that one of their suppliers had caused. Excellent customer service, made it right, and were communicative throughout the process. I'll go out of my way to continue to do business with these folks.
Eric at Hartlyn provides the best customer support I’ve ever experienced. He knows their products really well and takes the time to write detailed email responses to questions with a personal touch. He makes every effort to assure your gear will be the right style and size. If you haven’t ordered from Hartlyn in the past it’s truly worth it!
Huge shout out to Hartlyn and the USPS for getting (possibly) one of the last creekkooler 15 quart pups on the planet, to Wellington, New Zealand. Degree of difficulty was 10/10 but Hartlyn said "not a problem" and, beating all odds: here it is safe and sound in double quick time and ready for duty as a spearfishing dive float. Happy with that.
These guys are great! I placed an order online for a rare sized spear tip that I couldn’t find anywhere else but that they had listed. Before processing my order they emailed me to make sure it was in fact what I ordered because it is very uncommon. They were out of stock and had to order it from another vendor who sent them the wrong part. The whole thing was a cluster but Eric kept me updated the entire time and reimbursed me part of the shipping because it took longer than they had originally promised. My order didn’t go as planned but Eric really took the time to make sure I got the part I wanted and made it happen as quickly as possible. Hartlyn has great customer service and they really know how to do business!
