  As a retired person it was important to me to get great service from a realtor. Connor Hoehne at Kingston Realty provided this to me perfectly...he was patient with my pickiness about what I wanted in my last home... he worked diligently for over three months to find me a property I could both afford and like to have as my final home. We were finally successful after making the third offer in 30 days. He negotiated a great buy for me and I got more home than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend him and his company for whatever size your real estate need is.

  We purchased our STR in Cape Coral several months ago, and it has been a huge success because of Kingston Realty! Their wisdom, and expertise in the STR market was uncanny, and vital in the current market. We went under contract on a different home, and they guided us through the inspection period with such ease, and saved us thousands of dollars. Went back looking, and got a beautiful pool home at asking price, and got seller concessions. That's unheard of in this market! Great work team Kingston Realty!

  Kingston Realty is amazing! They helped me buy our first FL home! We had very strict guidelines when looking for a home. They treated me with care, expertise, and shed much light throughout the process. We found the perfect home, and I couldn't be more excited with our purchase!   Connor, Logan, and there team were unbelievable to work with! We were buying a home remotely, and they constantly were willing to drop everything to go show a home via Facetime. We ended up expanding our search, and bought a home an hour and a half from their offices. And guess what, they continued to drive those 90 minutes one way, 3 hours round trip for showings, inspections, and final walk thru's. They negotiated on our behalf, and saved us thousands of dollars in a SELLERS MARKET! I can't recommend Kingston Realty enough! They are the real deal, treat people with the utmost respect, and will get the job done! If you're buying or selling, call them today!
