Dr Alex Smithers is awesome! Prolozone and PRP treatments work! I'm 61 and recently had meniscus tears in my left knee. Some pain and swelling after activity. Also had injured right shoulder from bike accident from years past. Constant pain, limited range of motion and strength. After the first treatment had great improvements. Total of 3 Prolozone treatments and 1 PRP treatment I am pain free! Knee is 100%. Shoulder probably 80% and getting better every week! Back running, working out, playing softball and what ever else I feel like doing!

Alex Smithers is by far, the best, most excellent doctor you will ever have the experience of meeting. I have suffered for years with back pain. 4 herniated disks. I refused to have surgery and did some research online to find something that would work. I found my diamond in the ruff, if you want to call it that. Dr. Smithers is the most caring, thoughtful and innovative person you would ever want to meet. He resolve my pain issues in my back and has gone on to check on me to make sure everything is going well. I was sick with covid, he helped me through that, I had digestive issues, again, just a quick phone call and I had what I needed. You don't find people like him anymore that really care about you, so my suggestion to you is, if you need someone to help with a medical issue, call him, you will be glad you did.

Dr. Alex Smithers Compassionate, Honest, Trustworthy. I had to start out with that for my review, as in this day and age it is RARE to find that in a doctor. I have gone to many so called “stem cell, Prolotherapy” orthopedic doctors, Chiropractors, and alternative places for consultations that are just downright ego driven, overpriced, pompous MD's and self professed “health care providers” . I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Alex Smithers from the beginning with my issues with osteoporosis with my knees. Reviews are easy for anyone to obtain but I am open to actually being contacted directly if anyone has any question about this mans ethics and work. Thank you Dr. Alex Smithers! After dealing with lower back pain from an injury 30 years ago, I feel that after several injections, I am pain and worry free and can finally let this go.
I was back today for a torn knee ligament and the first ozone injection, and am confident this will be healed also.
Alex is unlike others in the medical field. He has a calm professional manner and very patient in listening and explaining the procedure.

I had Prolozone therapy with Dr Alex Smithers. My knees and thumbs were injected due to meniscus issues in my knees and arthritis in my thumbs. Dr Alex was wonderful. He’s very gentle, kind and patient. I’m a very nervous patient and he took his time with me and did his best to make sure I was comfortable.
