landscape is mature, themed, and week maintained. It's an older establishment. That is the reason behind the industrial look of the exterior on the multi unit buildings. The double unit condos look a bit better, but a bit plain as well. Garages are separate buildings in front of the units. Unit I went into was decked out on the inside. Clearly was updated recently. There are more grandiose homes and condos nearby. It's a nice golf community, established, and this sub is a better price point. 4 stars because the value is present given what you can do to the interior, landscape, golf, etc.
