“Dr. Sheils is the best physician/doctor I have ever been to. I found her about 5 yrs ago, and hope she never retires :-). She listens, does not make you feel crazy, she believes that you absolutely know your body and when something isn't right. She is the first doctor that did not stop at just test results. She continued to look at other things, and referred me to the best specialists to help diagnose and treat me. I will always be grateful to her for helping me get my life back! “I would give Dr South 10 stars if I could! She is the most compassionate, personable and knowledgeable physician I have ever seen. She instantly makes you feel at ease & takes her time to answer all of your questions before the day of your procedure. I met with her on Friday and was scheduled for surgery on Wednesday! She even came & checked on me in post-op to explain how my surgery went. Her bedside manner is second to none. She cares for you as her patient, not a number. Her staff in the office, Sandra, Jessica & Claudia are also the best. I would recommend Dr South in a heartbeat!! ❤️”

“After seeing the reviews on here I was little nervous about coming here. To my surprise it ended up being the best experience I've had in the medical industry by far. The process from scheduling the appointment to me walking into the office to actually have my blood drawn is actually up to date with all the latest technology. It was extremely efficient and not once was I unsure about anything during the process. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes and the lady who drew my blood was really friendly and polite. Thank you so much for making my experience so pleasant! I'm guessing the reason the reviews on here are so bad is because only people that have a bad experience tend to leave reviews. That's just human nature and completely understandable. I'm guessing it's also that a lot of older people live in this community and they typically aren't tech savvy which causes a problem. “After my first meeting with Dr Ciotti and the staff I knew that these were compassionate and caring people who could help me. They were very patient in explaining the Chirothin program and answering all my questions. No change is easy, but this program is doable with our own determination and support of the Ciotti staff. After completing my first 6 weeks and meeting a goal of 20 pounds weight loss I am on the maintenance program and doing very well. It is still hard to make life long changes in my eating habits, but it helps to know Dr Ciotti and his staff are available to answer any questions. “I have been using University Pharmacy for almost 8 months and I must say I am very pleased with the services and staff! I rather use a small town pharmacy then the bigger corporate pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens. My prescription was more affordable here (no insurance) than anywhere else! My favorite part of this pharmacy is they offer FREE delivery! The delivery driver is so nice and willing to travel almost 9 miles approximately 30 min drive to South Sarasota! I couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy to give my business to and recommend!!”
