Visited this location a couple of times during my moving process and the service they provided each time was exceptional. Very helpful, informative, and efficient! Both employees at this location were very nice and courteous. 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Facility isn’t bad. It is a bit hard to get a large U-haul in and out. They do have a good variety of units and trucks and trailers available for rent. The pricing is reasonable. You can’t get inside the gates past 10 p.m., but as long as you are inside before that you can unload after 10.
OK, so this place is part of the pack and ship store I already reviewed. It is staffed by the same people as the pack and ship side so it must be good too! Because I can't believe the same people who are so good on one side of the business would not have the same work ethic just because they went into the other side of the building?!
As soon as I walked in, the girl behind the desk must have read my mind. She knew exactly what I needed, gave me other helpful information, was very happy to assist, and I got a free pen (lol)! The customer service was something to tell others about :-).
