Called Masters on a chance recommendation and I have to say the service we received was outstanding, complete inspection and diagnostic evaluation of our problem. Needed a new controller. Pick up and delivery. Respectful staff, kept us in the loop about what was going on. Quality workmanship at a fair price. I highly recommend Masters!
(December 27, 2019, 3:24 pm)I am the North Florida Lifestyles Director for Evergreen Lifestyles Management. We primarily work between Nassau, Duval, Clay, & St. Johns Counties and have been working with Matt (and Ned) for 4 years for all large events on any of our properties. When planning large events you are constantly dealing with multiple vendors that all have to be coordinated throughout the day. With Masters' product and excellent customer service we have one less thing to stress about that day! Masters goes above and beyond to make sure that we are always taken care of. They have worked through event date changes and last minute requests more than anyone should have to, always with a smile on their face. Matt always has the carts delivered on time and keeps communication with us should the plan change in any way from the original time given. The carts arrive clean, with full tanks or batteries charged, and each cart is checked again when removed from the trailer. We will continue to work with Masters Golf Cars at any opportunity whether it be cart rentals or purchasing carts needed full time on our properties.

(July 19, 2019, 12:41 pm)I Definitely recommend this place. The owner is super nice. I called because i had a flat tire and he personally came the same day to help me out because that how i take my kids to school. The second time i needed some repairs and on the way the seat cover came off and he went and replaced it.
