I recently had an outstanding experience with the Village Plumber when I needed to repair a large puddle and leak in my front lawn over the water meter.

I explained the issue to them over the phone, and they assured me that they would come out to take a look and provide an estimate. The following day, they called me back to schedule a visit, which they confirmed would be in four days.

To my pleasant surprise, they arrived even earlier than expected and wasted no time in getting to work. They assessed the situation and promptly provided me with an estimate for the repair. Impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, I accepted the estimate.

The Village Plumber began the repair immediately, digging up my front lawn to locate and fix the leak. Much to my relief, they discovered that the issue stemmed from the connection coming out of the outlet of the water meter. Their expertise and quick identification of the problem further solidified my trust in their abilities.

Once the repair was complete, it came in at less than the originally estimated cost, a welcome surprise that demonstrated the company's honesty and integrity.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the Village Plumber's exceptional service, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Their swift response, accurate assessment, and efficient repair work surpassed my expectations. I would confidently recommend them for any plumbing, irrigation, or water-related issues.

I'm so happy I contacted the Village Plumber! I asked a few plumbers for a quote to do a replacement of all the plastic hoses and valves in my house (12 of them) and to install 2 bidet attachments. Of the plumbers that responded (some didn't) only Village Plumber gave me a solid quote over the phone, not telling me that you only get a quote after the plumber is there and its a minimum service charge. Also, of the other quotes I got, one was trying to upsell me other things like $8,000 water filters. They quoted me a much better price for the work I wanted (over $500 less) then another plumber I got a quote from. The plumber sent out, Joe, was great. I'm very satisfied with the whole process of dealing with them and am happy I found a plumber I can trust! 5 stars.

Terrific and very knowledgeable. The guy came and capped off my old gas stove, moved it out to make room for my new electric stove. He installed a new faucet and took the old one away. Very happy with his work.
