  These are the heroes who will come to help me if I am ever in trouble. I've stopped in at the station over the years a couple of times checking on burn laws in the county, and I like to wave at them when I see them out in the community. I admire you guys ( and girls) so much who give your all to help people in my area and, while I hope I will never have to be rescued myself, it's comforting to know you'll be the best chance for surviving whatever trouble I might get myself into!

  This fire station replaced the old one nearby about 6 years. I love how they proudly display US Flags. Too much of the time, we take fire fighters for granted. Proud that we also have a President who recognizes and supports fire fighters all across our great nation.

  I live right down the street and have had to use their emergency services many times unfortunately. Their response time is quick and they arrived extremely prepared. I personally have experienced life and death situations that I would not have survived if not for their quick expertise and Professional Training! When my 84 year old mother fell and broke her pelvis she was very scared and of course tried to refuse treatment. They were kind, understanding, calmed her down and made her feel at ease! By the time they loaded her into the ambulance she didn't even want me to ride with her because and I quote"She wanted all the good-looking men to herself". LOL She passed away 10 days later and I will forever be eternally grateful that they put a smile on her face and treated her like the angel she was!!! You can definitely count on Marion County Fire Rescue of Belleview in a crisis!

  We visited on a school trip last year. It was educational and fun. The firefighters were friendly and very patient with the kids. We had a fire in our backyard once and these fellas were there quickly and had the situation under control in no time.
