“Excellent customer service! I took my motor home there, knowing something wasn't quite right with the LP Gas. I showed them what was going on and asked them to 'top it off' so I could be sure it wasn't a faulty gauge. He told me it was already full. At this point I expected him to send me on my way( to an RV repair shop). Before I could say anything, he told me to wait while he got some tools to see what the problem was.He said "we're gonna figure this out if we can!" He determined that the main valve was stuck shut, even though it was turned open. We carefully figured out a way to get it unstuck and he verified that the appliances were working as they should. He never once hesitated to help me or give advice and didn't seem to expect any payment after spending over a half hour in the sun, at noon, in July. I will try to give them any business I can in the future. Give them a try!”

“This place is actually called " Thriftology" now and it's a mish mash of bargains. They now have a backroom which holds some not too bad, super duper cheap furniture for refinishing. I saw a fantastic antique dresser for 30$, wish I'd bought it, but I hesitated and someone else got the bargain and it was a stunning piece of history that needed a lot of help. Wood end tables..5 bucks, cant go wrong! Chris, the guy I met who runs shop is personable, polite and more than willing to wheel and deal. I put thriftology on my weekly schedule to check out what's new. It's pretty darn good.”

“I have been using Meeks plumbing for YEARS and they have NEVER let me down. Today I managed to tear my water hose connection right out of the barn wall when I tried to stop it from leaking. And yes it was VERY old . About 15+ years ago Meeks installed it. They will be coming this afternoon and I have no doubt they will fix it with a new connection that will be as well made as the last one. I have businesses I can always rely on because I know by now who the good ones are, and I can promise you Meeks Plumbing is definitely a good one ! Nick came and fixed my problem in record time, and was very thorough and pleasant to deal with - even my new rescue liked him :-)”
