“I have to give a 5 star for Hampton Manor in Belleview. My Cousin and I had visited multiple ALF between Ocala and The Villages. The situation we had was our mom's are twins and unfortunately they are unable to live on their own. We have always talked about it in the past with our mom's and dad's that if they got to where they were unable to live at home we would find them a home together. I called to get some information on the phone and spoke with Bea and from our conversation to the day we went met in person with her and Maggie we felt at home there. All of the staff are very personable and the home is very clean. They have accommodated our needs for them to be together. Our mom's really like it there. They enjoy the music, crafts, bingo etc that Linda the activity director she does such a wonderful job and does it with such passion. It's such a hard time for families to place a loved one but I can say that ALL of the staff members there have definitely made it much easier. KP and ALL the nursing staff are always informative on any of their health issues or any medication changes. That to me is a blessing. When I leave there I can leave with peace knowing that my mom and Aunt are very well cared for and not being mistreated. You will always feel like one big family there.”

“We got our puppy in April of 2020 and were looking for a great clinic that had a puppy package. This clinic has exceeded our expectations. The staff is so kind and caring. They are always willing to answer all my questions as a new dog owner and see Bauer if an emergency arises. I know they treat my puppy right because he is always so excited to go to the vet. Having never been inside due to covid policies I feel relieved knowing that he is happy to be there. If you want a clinic that truly cares and knows your pet this is it!”

“Very clean and friendly. A wide variety of machines including the smaller "top loaders" for smaller loads. The "drop off" service is comparable to the area with only a 10 pound minimum. I dropped off mine and , probably since they weren't real busy I could pick it up in about 1 1/2 hours. No extra for thin blankets. I recommend this business.”

“An update I have talked with the shop owner and he purchased an exact replacement for the radio that was stolen. And the work that was done incorrectly was caused by two of his employees they not only stole from me and another customer they also walked away with a couple thousand dollars of the shops money. The owner John has offered to fix all of the incorrectly installed parts.”
