We had two toilets removed and new ones installed this morning by Brad from Floyd’s Plumbing, here in Ocala. He also removed our old water heater and installed a new one without a hitch today. Brad arrived clean and was pleasant. Got right to work repairing the toilet and updating the shower. Even changed some bulbs for me. Very pleased. Recommend highly.

The first of three plumbers we called that didn't try to rip us off or push us off because the repairs were fairly small. Their techs were very curtious and cleaned up after themselves.

I called about changing our water lines over so they would hook up to the washer also to fix the comed from constantly running. They worked me in that day. The tech was excellent. They were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them. Any future plumbing issues, I will be contacting Floyds Plumbing. Jack H

Floyd's has bailed me out more than once when I needed someone they have always fit me in there schedule. my septic backed up into my bath tub toilet over flowing... it was a bad morning. they told me not to worry they'll be there as soon as possible so 30 min later there they were. never over charged. good people, knows their trade honest, job done right, and the only plumber I will ever use. thanks kenny
