I recently embarked on a journey to improve my health and wellness, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the fantastic support I've received from Lifestyle Solutions MedSpa . Their meal prep and weight loss program have truly exceeded my expectations, making my wellness journey not only manageable but enjoyable. The staff is full of friendly faces and overall a great vibes. I have also received a free facial for my birthday.
I've not only seen positive changes in my weight but also in my overall well-being. The nutrient-rich meals have boosted my energy levels, and I've developed healthier eating habits .

Life changing experience for me... Lifestyle Solutions, Dr. Holloway (his wife) and ALL his staff were the support system and catalyst for my necessary lifestyle modifications. Beyond just weight loss the health benefits proved to be the most important to me. Thank you all so much for jump starting a much better sustainable path forward for me which promotes longevity, void of chronic illness and true HAPPINESS!

PS as a notable piece of history my Mother Durlene Johnson Drake (Feature Twirler at UF) and Dr. Rufus Holloway of Orlando (Dr. Michael Holloway's Father) had chemistry classes together at University of Florida...our bond and my life long friendship started many years ago... Truly fitting I ended up in the care of Dr. Michael Holloway in my hometown of Ocala.

LSMedSpa Is absolutely the best practice I've been to
It's so phenomenal to finally lose weight that I've battled for years. From Dr. Holloway to each and every staff member, they literally make me feel like family. Each of them become as excited as I do as I'm losing the weight. Every single member of the staff always has a smile on their face and laughter can be heard all during your visit. So much is gained by being involved in such an atmosphere. I would not trust any other practice to help me through my adventure to a healthy lifestyle and weight.

I started the Lifestyle program at 50 years old, 265 pounds and 34% body fat in September. 2 months later I weighed in at 238 pounds and 29% body fat. I feel amazing, sleep like a baby (got rid of my cpap machine) and my energy level is through the roof!!
Recently they started selling ready-made meals that I started purchasing right away!! The best prepared, full flavored and great balanced meals I’ve found ANYWHERE on the market!! These meals are perfect for my busy schedule and the best portioned for my diet!!
I’m so thankful for ALL of the Lifestyle Solutions’ team for keeping me on track to being the best I can be!!

Amazing experience! Completed IV therapy with Oxygen Bar and well worth it! Both Henry and Jacklyn were very helpful and made me feel relaxed about the whole process. Absolutely would highly recommend this place to others!
