New to the area, I was hesitant as to who to use as a piano technician here in Ocala. The reviews for Mr Piano Tech were so great that I had to give them a try, and I am so glad that I did. The online scheduling worked great, and the office communicated several times to confirm. The technician Mike arrived right on time and put me at ease quickly with his obvious expertise. He did a fabulous job with my spinet (which needed some minor cosmetic and voicing help after the move) and was a true professional. I highly recommend his work will definitely use him again!

I had just moved to central florida from San Diego, CA about an year ago. My piano was over due to get tuned. Michael Barrett the owner of Mr Piano Tech came to my house today and did a great job! Mike has been tuning my piano for a couple of years and I've been pleased with his work.The piano recently needed more extensive work done He gave me a very thorough written explanation of the needed repairs, and an accurate estimate of the cost. The work was completed quickly, partly in his shop and partly in my home. Mike patiently answered any questions I had while he was finishing up. My piano sounds better than ever. I'm very happy.
