He explained all the details of the proposed Mitsubishi split system, operation, best location, etc. his installation team were very professional and informative during the installation. It seemed that when ever we called Kelly he answered the phone or returned the call within a few moments. He was very professional in all our dealings. After interviewing a few competitors for the same unit, he made us very comfortable that we made the correct decision to selected United hvac. In addition we will transfer our home hvac system to his company for the periodic maintenance

(July 23, 2019, 7:05 pm)We live in The Villages, FL. United Refrigeration is a hidden gem. We were interested in putting a ductless room air conditioner in our bedroom. We wanted to get quotes from a few service providers. I had seen rave reviews about United Refrigeration on the Nextdoor app. So, I decided to call them for an estimate. Kelly came to our home and offered various alternatives to us. We were so impressed with Kelly, their customer service, installation team, reasonable prices, and so on - that we have switched to them from the large company that dominates the service in The Villages.
(June 20, 2019, 6:35 pm)I chose to hire United Refrigeration over another major company in The Villages. Kelly came to my home on the date and time promised. He gave me a very competitive bid on a Mitsubishi mini-split for my enclosed lanai. His team of David, Corey, and Frank were very professional and meticulous in the installation of the unit. They also blew in insulation above my lanai which makes this system much more energy efficient. I would highly recommend United Refrigeration for installation of mini-split or any air conditioning needs in your home.
(June 12, 2019, 5:23 am)We just had the Mitsubishi unit installed on our enclosed Lanai. Kelly and the crew were phenomenal. Far different than the larger company in the Villages that never followed up after the sales call. I would highly recommend without question.
