  Of course, I'm biased but the fact that I see my own results and results of the GCA members speaks for itself. The members are friendly and the coaches are knowledgeable. There are classes for all levels so don't be afraid to take the first step. The dedicated WILL see results.

  In the two years that I have been training at Crossfit GCA, I have lost inches, gained muscle and have a great time in the process! Fabien and Eric are extremely professional, knowledgeable coaches who individualize all workouts to their clients specific needs. Crossfit GCA is a relaxed and supportive environment for all ages and stages of fitness that I would recommend to everyone! Love this gym!

  I have been a GCS client for over 2 years. I am happy with my results in strength training and form. I have reached many personal goals. I love the mix of cross fit and hybrid training. The coaches are great and always willing to help.

  I absolutely love it here! Everyone is nice and friendly, and you never feel intimidated! Feels like home! Eric and Fabien are the best trainers!

  A welcoming and supportive workout environment! You really feel like you are part of a family here, not intimidated at all and everyone is so supportive of each other. Fabien and Eric are awesome coaches that keep you motivated and on track so that you can meet your fitness goals, focusing on proper form and individualized nutrition programs. Love it! I am addicted!
