When I came in, she greeted me and made copies for me while I filled out a document in her office. So helpful! Thank you Lisbet! I was told by staff at another SunTrust that this Silver Springs Shores location is scheduled to permanently close in the future.”

“*UPDATE* A FL Credit Union customer service rep. contacted me and informed me that they are working on the app and that the deposit through the ATM is a feature you need to have turned on. (I've never had a bank that you had to have that feature turned on, but it's good to know it is available!) The rep. was super friendly and very informative! Good to know you guys are on it! Also, I can't stress enough about the low fees with this bank. I actually overdrew once by a couple of dollars (literally less than $5) and they did NOT charge a fee at all! I don't expect that to be the case if that happens again though. I was charged a small fee for the auto draft from my savings to my checking but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, a decent bank to do business with. If they can get the app issues resolved, I will stay. The app almost never works, I dislike that you don't get to see a person except on the TV screen, and you can't make a deposit into your account from the ATM even though it says you can. The only good things about this bank are the low fees and the people on the TV screen are friendly. My friend called and told them about the app and all they did was blame it on her phone. Obviously, it's not just her having this issue. More often than not, I can't get the app to work. I will be leaving this bank. I need to be able to see my account when I need to see it without having to drive to it.”
