Smells pure air, nature at its best and peace and love. Property managers have good vibes and try to accommodate.
Reason for 4 stars not 5:
For the beautiful place that it is, the level of clean needs to improve just a little more. I spend a few days there recently and the linens...I’m not sure they were clean, found 4 long blond hairs inside the linens the first night I got into bed, Some drawers where you put the clothes were full of ants and having a shower or cleaning your teeth can be pretty challenging: water smells very badly and rotten. It must be something related to the area but it’s a problem. So even you’re there and they claim this water is drinkable...please don’t drink that water. -

(August 3, 2019, 10:37 am)This is truly a one of a kind place! There is so much to explore! If you come in the summer, bring bug spray, but being on a lake mosquitos are expected... RIGHT on the lake, btw! The owners obviously did some manicuring to make a beach, which is so nice! We stayed in one of the small cabins, but will definitely return to stay in the barn with friends! We wandered over to the farm side in our hiking and they have built the most amazing structure for their outdoor kitchen!! Really down to earth people that run the place. They also have camping available!!!
