I was very happy w/accommodations made for my consultation appointment, scheduling of service, promptness on appointment day. The service of my floors/carpet was amazing. Truly, my carpet and tile, grout appear brand new. Charlie was very helpful in providing information on what was to be done and helpful hints to maintain floors. I would highly recommend this company.
