Wonderful people who love what they do. My father has dealt with some serious health issues over the past several months. During hospital stays, rehab, and home health, he struggled to hear and was often left in the dark about his own care. Well meaning doctors and nurses accepted a nod as confirmation of understanding, but little was getting through. His new hearing aids have made a huge difference. They give him independence and the confidence to participate in discussions. The hearing specialist has been remarkably generous with her time, often squeezing us in during her lunch or even after closing. Really can’t thank them enough.

I received hearing aids from the VA a few years ago. They simply handed me the hearing aids with batteries and other supplies and never set up any follow-up appointments. Once I called to set up an appointment, went to the appointment and they simply cleaned my aids and handed them back to me. One of my neighbors recommended what is now called Digital Hearing Systems. I was amazed at what they went through to improve my hearing. I had ear wax that they called "ancient". After cleaning my ear wax, they did a hearing test. The follow-up and drop in service has been amazing. I could not be more pleased with the service and lifetime supplies. Would recommend this particular location to anyone. I have a location closer, but chose to drive the extra mile to get above and beyond service. What a great team, thank you.

Highly recommend this place. I had so much ear wax in my ear that I was miserable and I couldn't hear at all. Kayla and Heather did an awesome job with my ear. They were so kind and took my embarrassment a way when I saw what came out of my ear. These girls had great patient bed side manner. I felt so much better when they were done with my ear.
