We initially met with two shower installation companies. One company put on a lengthy show and tell and started with an extremely high price. As the night went on, the price was whittled down to a price that was too high for us. That meeting ended abruptly due to last moment extremely unprofessional tactics. Another company had reasonable pricing and a nice salesman, but the product looked and felt like plastic instead of stone. At this point we met Adam Nye at the Jettastone office and showroom. After reviewing options and receiving a quote that was in line with our budget, we decided to go with Jettastone to replace our shower.
Donny, Tim, and Carson were all part of the demolition and installation of our new shower. They were very polite, quiet and very easy to talk to when had questions or just wanted to check out their progress. When I made a last moment decision to add Jettastone material to the outside of the knee wall instead of me painting drywall (thank goodness we made that decision!), it made for a bit more work, but they had no issues whatsoever. Any details that I was concerned with were addressed immediately (because they were well aware prior to me asking). We were informed in advance as to when they would be coming to our home, and they were always on time.
Adam popped in from time to time to ensure we were happy with the product and process, and we always were.
For the price we were quoted, the look and quality of their product, and services involved, we are very happy with the results we received from the Jettastone team! We strongly recommend to others looking to remodel to check out multiple companies but definitely check out Jettastone prior to making your decision.

Great family-run business easy to work with, excellent quality product and installation. The cost was less than competing companies we got quotes from. Their showroom has multiple sample showers which made our decisions easy. We love our new Jettastone shower it is beautiful. All work was completed at the times promised. Demolition and installation were completed in a clean efficient manner. Communication was excellent with calls to confirm when work was to take place. We highly recommend this company.

I love that Jettastone actually manufactures their materials in their factory in Ocala. No high pressure sales and they make you feel comfortable.
