“I saw Dr. Brian Jones, O.D. today as a new patient to check and see if a herpes virus in my eye had reoccurred possibly indicated by severe eye pain that I was having. His office worked me in as a same day patient, although I didn't expect to be seen for several days. The atmosphere of the office is very pleasant and calming, and every single person I encountered on the staff was friendly. Dr. Jones was likewise friendly, kind, and explained my situation thoroughly. I will definitely stay with this group and will be glad to continue receiving my care from Dr. Jones. As it turned out the infection did not return, and he said to come back if the situation worsened but that he didn't want me to take any of the expensive medicines unless it was determined that I needed them, and to come back if the eye worsened. He also told me not to feel silly for calling and coming because my symptoms were indicators of other serious conditions, which fortunately I was found not to have.”
